This Privacy Policy explains how VC & Asociados ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when providing our AI messaging assistant that operates over WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct through Meta's APIs.

1. Information we collect

• Messages you send us: the content of messages you send to the firm on WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram, and your platform-scoped identifier (phone number, PSID, or IGSID).
• Profile basics: your public name and account username as provided by the Meta platform, used to address you correctly.
• Consultation details: information you voluntarily provide to schedule a consultation (e.g., your name and the nature of your legal inquiry).

2. How we use the information

• To reply to your messages and answer your inquiries.
• To qualify legal inquiries and schedule paid consultations.
• To maintain conversation context so replies are relevant.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Meta Platform Data

We access Meta platform data only through the permissions granted to our app (whatsapp_business_messaging, pages_messaging, instagram_business_manage_messages and their dependencies) and solely to provide the customer-service messaging described above, in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Data retention

Conversation data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and is stored securely. You may request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion below).

5. Data sharing

We use a large-language-model provider to generate replies; message content may be processed by that provider solely to produce a response. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
